Quick intro:

With this application you can keep a list of tasks you need to complete.
You can assign a priority (1-1000) for each task, a due date, a remider date and a category.
Tasks can be marked as complete, archived or be deleted.
Each task can have comments/notes and you can share a task with a co-worker to collaborate and have a discussion on the progress of the task, actions or help needed etc.
You can assign tasks to a coworker and/or allow a coworker to assign tasks to you and also allow them to see some or all your tasks.
When you assign a task to a co-worker you can delegate control of the task, so your co-worker can mark the task complete and/or archive/delete it. If you choose not to delegate, only you can edit or mark the task complete/archived.
You can set a preference to receive an email or/and an in-app notification when a co-worker mentions you in a task or in a task comment.

    More details:
  1. After registration and email verification, you will be able to manage the tasks of a "Test account".
This account is managed by all registered users and acts as a demo.
You can login (with an incognito browser) and see what this "demo user" sees.
(Visit the help page for the credentials after registration.)
  2. Send a request to fmarkos@gmail.com to view and manage tasks of another staff member.
(Include the other staff member's email. The staff member will be notified about your request.)
  3. You can optionaly set a due date for a task and also optionaly get an email at the time of your choosing as a reminder of the due date. Just click in the due date column to set it up. When there is an email reminder set, an icon (🔔) will appear in the due date column.
  4. Double clicking on a task, title, priority or due date, will allow you to edit the task.
  5. When there are tasks you have not seen, a badge will appear next to the Tasks menu. e.g: badge example
The unseen tasks will have a redish color in the task list. Clicking on an unseen task, will mark it as seen and remove the color.
  6. Manager can restore task to incomplete status, it will also mark it as unseen for the user that the task belongs to. Manager can also archive or delete a completed task.
  7. When a task has been seen, a tooltip will appear when you hover over the 'task owner' column with the time the task was seen.
  8. Clicking on your avatar image or the cog next to your name will bring the user settings. (email notifications for new tasks/comments, sounds etc.)
  9. You can save the "state" of the filters, sorting, column width, order and visibilty as a preset.
Saving a state with the name "default" will auto load this state when you visit the page again. "Reset filters, sorting" button will reset all to "factory" settings (saved states are preserved).
  10. Below there is a list of users that have some control of your tasks.
Level-1 manager sees all tasks and can only edit those created by him/her that are not delegated.
Level-2 manager can only see tasks that he/she created. Can also see a task that he was mentioned with @username (invited) in the tasks comments discussion. Level-2 manager always delegates tasks (can not edit tasks).
Level-3 manager can only see tasks that he was mentioned with @username (invited). Can not create or edit tasks, just comment.
